I have certainly seen people pushing prams and strollers across it with no difficulty. There is another more 'mainstream' bridge not far away.<br />We too have lots of laws about equal access. Laws which are sometimes flouted. I recently went to a five star hotel which had an epic fail on that front. You could get around in a wheelchair - if you found a guide to take you through the staff areas of the hotel.
