Sunday Selections was originally brought to us by Kim, of Frogpondsrock, as an ongoing meme where participants could post previously unused photos languishing in their files. Huge thanks to Cie who gave me this wonderful Sunday Selections image.
The meme was then continued by River at Drifting through life. Sadly she has now stepped aside (though she will join us some weeks), and I have accepted the mantle.
The rules are so simple as to be almost non-existent. Post some photos under the title Sunday Selections and link back to me. Clicking on any of the photos will make them embiggen.
I usually run with a theme. This week? More spring. Mostly from our garden where more comes out each day. Including the weeds. I have been neglecting the garden and it shows but the bones are still there.
Less talk and an explosion of colour. And scent which you will have to imagine.
Over the coming weeks we have both Floriade and Tulip Top Gardens to look forward to - so you might get 'Springed' out. Apologies in advance.

River Fairchild: I hope to get into the garden in a little to do some much needed ripping and tearing. How I wish I did have a dragon in my life - though they would perhaps be even more demanding that cats. Peaceful week? Sadly not a happening thing. A funeral and physio tomorrow, a very early morning walk for LL the day after... Hugs.

DeleteI love all your daffodils and the tulips are a bit early aren't they? I see grape hyacinth there and star flowers too. I saw only one bloom on my star flowers, probably there were more but I didn't go outside much for a while. Too much pollen which is easing off now though the jasmine is still going strong.
ReplyDeleteRiver: I am sorry that the pollen is giving you grief. It is grasses later in the season that cause me problems. The tulips are nearly out here, and as I said to Andrew I believe that they are out at Floriade (which isn't yet open to the public).
